Shipping policy

At Vellvacare, every order is processed and shipped with care.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7–12 business days. In total, please allow up to 8–14 business days from the moment you place your order.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Coverage
We offer free shipping worldwide, excluding the Middle East — with the exception of Gulf countries and Saudi Arabia, which we do ship to.

Delays
While we do everything we can to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to customs or carrier volume. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at velva.n.care@gmail.com and we'll sort it out right away.
