At V&V, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Opened or used personal care/wellness items
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at velva.n.care@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item): we cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before processing begins. After that, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be with our fulfillment partner.
